I’m a dad. This site may (if maintained) become a chronicle of (and means for reflection about) my experiences helping my daughter learn guitar through the Suzuki method.
My daughter, M, began lessons at age 4 1/2. I barely play the guitar — I learned rudimentary folk chords 15 years ago and never got beyond them. I’m now trying to keep up with my daughter.
I started this site after about 14 months of lessons, when my daughter and I were closing in on the end of Book 1.
